> ABOUT FRENZY ANIMAL RESCUE, INC.
We were founded in July, 2005, by Betty & Gary Wilkins. Since then we have rescued more than 2000
dogs/birds.
Our goal is to help stop the overpopulation of animals in Hancock County by spay/neuter. We believe
that stopping the overpopulation, you ll also stop the uthenazing of animals in pounds.
